Lumber Tycoon 2 now comes with even more deforestation! Become the stuff of nightmares for every woodland creature as you bulldoze their homes to create your own. You can explore the local environment, choose a spot to build your house, and proceed to flatten the trees around you.
The lumber can be used to construct your dream cabin or sold to buy furniture and decorations. You can sacrifice the woods around you for your own idyllic home amongst the trees, or lack of. Lumber Tycoon 2 is perfect for those looking to live out their lumberjack dreams.
Theme Park Tycoon 2
I’m sure many of you have fond memories of Rollercoaster Tycoon; now you can relive them in Roblox. Theme Park Tycoon 2 gives you and your friends a plot of land and thousands of pieces to construct your playground of rides.
As with most Tycoon games, your starting resources will be meager, but add a charge to the toilets, and you’ll soon be rolling in it. You can use these funds to create the rides of your dreams, and you can even place them underground. This social and in-depth Tycoon game in Roblox will scratch your rollercoaster itch.
Military Tycoon

This one is a little questionable for a few reasons. However, this doesn’t stop it being one of the most popular Roblox Tycoon games. It scores a massive 93% with over a million votes at the time of writing, putting it at the top of the rankings for Tycoon games.
In Military Tycoon, you can commandeer an army, build up your base with friends, and rain hell upon your enemies. Heists, hostile takeovers, and land domination is the name of the game here. The game plays as both a shooter and base-building Tycoon game that offers hours of war-based gameplay.
Monkey Tycoon

Build a tower, add monkeys, monkeys throw bananas, buy more monkeys with bananas. That’s pretty much all there is to it. It is the simplest of systems, but it keeps people coming back. Apparently, the dopamine kick is worth the time.
You can use your bananas dropped by the monkeys to buy more giant monkeys. These monkeys drop bigger bananas. You can also merge monkeys to create mega monkeys that drop… Mega bananas?
This game may not have the complexity of Theme Park Tycoon 2 or the wanton destruction of Military Tycoon, but sometimes you just wanna become rich in bananas. There is no shame in that.
Mega Mansion Tycoon

The bigger your house, the bigger your income in one of the best Roblox Tycoon games. As you build your house, you will receive more money per second to build bigger homes. With each new moment, it is possible to unlock more and more luxury items.
The game is akin to the old cookie clicker games in which you simply burn time as your money goes up. Once you have enough, you can invest in the larger items in your Mega Mansion. There is a certain satisfaction to living in your dream house, even if it is locked into a Roblox server.
The game sets itself apart from other Tycoon games with its roleplaying elements. I like the ability to not only head out into the town and look at other players’ mansions but also chat and even race with others.
Restaurant Tycoon 2

I have worked in many restaurants in my life and know that what goes on behind the grills should never see anything to do with a game designed for children, and yet, here it is. Restaurant Tycoon 2 takes all the best bits of the food industry and lets you become the next Gordon Ramsay, minus the forehead wrinkles and foul language.
Start small with only a few staff and a handful of tables, but use your culinary excellence to run the Michelin-star restaurant of dreams. You will slowly unlock new furniture, chefs, and recipes as you progress. Your staff and equipment can be upgraded as you rake in cash, and you will soon have a place you’re happy to show off to your friends. Other players are able to visit and critique your role-played dishes and check the underside of your sinks for residual grease.
Clone Tycoon 2

Does it count as genocide if everyone you’re routinely killing millions are copies of yourself? Only you can decide as you reproduce yourself over and over again and send them to the slaughter against other players or just on your own death farm.
Slowly upgrade your base with new powers for your clones and better strengths. You can up your production speeds and all new items as you progress. Vehicles, weapons, and machinery will all await you as you pile up the bodies. If killing masses of clones, either yours or others is your jam, then this is the best Roblox Tycoon game for you.
Tropical Resort Tycoon

I love going on holiday; I love an island trip with beautiful sun, sand, and tall cold cocktails. So whenever I can’t get away to the Bahamas, I just boot up Tropical Resort Tycoon and pretend I’m soaking up the sun in my own, custom-built resort. Enough tall cold cocktails, and I can’t tell the difference.
Tropical Resort Tycoon lets you build your own paradise with a hotel, villa, and airport. Vehicles and luxury items can all be unlocked as you progress through the world of the holiday business. Once you get yourself a plane, you can also branch out and visit your friends and neighbors’ empires.
Super Hero Tycoon

This basic Tycoon game incorporates the world of superheroes into an empire-building system. Characters like The Hulk, Spider-Man, and Thor are all available to buy as you progress through the game. You get to lock them in a tube and keep them like the crazed supervillain you are.
The gameplay is simple; buy crate spawners, buy upgraders, and wait for them to turn into cash. However, in this Roblox Tycoon game, you can also try to kill other players to gain more points to buy your superheroes. You can purchase laser doors that kill invading players to protect yourself.

Car Dealership Tycoon

I have saved my favorite till the last in this list. Car Dealership Tycoon has excellent pacing for the inevitable timers that you will be dealing with and keeps you entertained in the meantime. The premise is simple: build a dealership based on a few select models, choose a lot, and start your car collection.
You will start your journey with basic cars, and basic buildings, but as you progress, you can unlock so much more. You can jump in one of your cars as you wait for your money to pile up. Driving around and racing will earn you money on the side. Visit other dealerships, and thrash them on the streets to become a supercar mogul.
