Tears Of The Kingdom Chillshroom Guide

Chillshrooms are a key ingredient in Tears of the Kingdom. They allow you to make food that keeps Link cool in hot areas like the Gerudo Desert. And that’s a very useful thing to have if you don’t already own the Desert Voe armor set. So, let’s break down the best places to find and farm Chillshroom in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom: Where to find Chillshroom

Chillshroom grows in all the cold regions of Hyrule. Hebra, Gerudo Highlands, and a few places in Lanayru all contain Chillshrooms. The best place for farming them though, is in the Hebra region. Chillshrooms grow all over this mountain next to trees and bushes. Plus, since they glow blue, they’re easy to spot even in blizzards. Check the map below for some of the best Chillshroom picking spots in Hebra.

These three spots have around six to eight Chillshrooms each. They’re quite spread out but once you know what you’re looking for they aren’t hard to find. And these aren’t the only three places that Chillshrooms grow in Hebra. They grow all across the mountains, but these are the densest places for them.

The next best place to find Chillshrooms is in the Gerudo Highlands region. Like in Hebra, you can find Chillshrooms dotted throughout the Gerudo Highlands mountaintop in Tears of the Kingdom. There are slightly fewer Chillshrooms to find here in total, but it’s still a very good place to source them.

Once again, if you hit these three spots in the Gerudo Highlands, you can find a handful of Chillshrooms each time. Unfortunately the third method I would recommend would usually be to go to the Korok General Store. This place sells mushrooms, and it can be a good source of the attack boosting Razorshrooms. However, this store doesn’t actually sell Chillshrooms, so don’t waste your time heading over there. Instead, stick to Hebra and the Gerudo Highlands and you should find plenty of Chillshrooms in Tears of the Kingdom.
