How to complete Traveler’s Lost and Found in Octopath Traveler 2

To begin the Traveler’s Lost and Found side story, head to Canalbrine. Here you’ll find a Young Traveler next to the city’s western bridge. Speak to the Young Traveler and he’ll reveal that he has lost something valuable. The last time he remembers having it was when he boarded a ship heading to Canalbrine from Toto’haha.

As with most fetch quests in Octopath Traveler 2, Traveler’s Lost and Found is easy enough to complete if you know where to look. To find the Young Traveler’s lost item, go to Beasting Bay: Anchorage on the island of Toto’haha.

Upon arriving in Tota’haha, there will be a Ferry Staff member on your immediate right on the dock next to the large ship. Speaking to her will reveal that she found a bottle of white dust on the ferry. This is Young Traveler’s lost item. You can buy the Bottle of White Powder from the Ferry Staff member Partitio’s Purchase or take it with Osvald’s Mug or Throne’s Steal Path Action.

With the Bottle of White Powder in hand, return to Canalbrine and speak to the Young Traveler. The following cutscene will reveal that the Bottle of White Powder is actually one of his dear friend’s ashes. His dying wish was for his ashes to be scattered into the desert of his hometown. Once the cutscene ends, you will have completed Traveler’s Lost and Found in Octopath Traveler 2. The reward for this side story is 4,000 Leaves and x1 Critical Nut (M).

Octopath Traveler 2 is available on Steam.
