How to complete Good Riddance quest in Diablo 4

Lyndon is a questionable character in Diablo 4, sitting neither as a good guy nor a bad one. He is very aware of his dubious dealings and is unapologetic for it. He is also a forgetful fool and seems to leave his stuff all over the disgusting marshes of Hawezar. Once you have completed the opening chapters of Lyndon’s quests, the next few will require you to recover several of his items from around the region. Good Riddance will have you seeking a Forgotten Crossbow for him in Diablo 4.

How to complete the Good Riddance quest in Diablo 4

Before you start this quest, you will have to progress through his storyline a little. Without giving too much away, you will have to put yourself in the position of his right-hand man. Dead to Rights and A Drink to The Past will have had to be completed initially. Once completed, you can begin on Good Riddance in Diablo 4.

Good Riddance only requires a little to be completed, but like its predecessor, it takes time and luck. Good Riddance in Diablo 4 only has one step: finding the Forgotten Crossbow in the Toxic Fens. A Drink to The Past is a similar situation in which you must find some Ale in a random chest in the area. The only way to find either of these items is perseverance, as they randomly spawn. A Drink to The Past will spawn in a chest in the region. However, the Forgotten Crossbow can only be found on a body located in the Diablo 4 area.

Rewards for completion

The XP and Gold earned from Good Riddance depend on your Diablo 4 character’s level. However, you will also be awarded with the Crossbow Rea. It is a very mid-range crossbow and can only be used by the rogue in Diablo 4.
