The Polar set comprises three pieces; a mask, a top, and bottoms. Each has its own drop rate and can only be acquired separately, so you should be prepared for a grind. Both the top and bottom can be found by running through the Ouwigahara game mode. On completion, a chest will be awarded in Project Slayers. The Polar set top and bottoms have a chance of dropping from there. The Poler set bottoms have a 0.25% chance of dropping, and the top has a slightly better 0.5% chance.

To get your hands on the Polar set mask, you must start opening Tier 5 chests in Project Slayers. Each of these chests will have a 0.5% chance of dropping the Project Slayers Polar mask. A lot of time will have to be put into the game for the chance for the Polar set to drop.

If you struggle to get your hands on one piece of the Polar set, you can always try trading. The in-game trading system will allow you to look for someone with the missing Polar set piece and barter for it. You just need to ensure you have something worth trading in the first place!
